The Project Coordinator – Livestream Operations is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of livestream projects across various e-commerce platforms. This role works closely with Account Managers, Brand Managers, the Social Commerce team, production staff, and external stakeholders to ensure all livestreams are delivered on schedule, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

What You'll Do

  • End-to-End Management: Lead the planning, execution, tracking, and timely delivery of all livestream projects and campaigns.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Account and Brand Managers regarding schedules, requirements, and timelines.
  • Schedule Optimization: Maintain accurate livestream calendars and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts or project risks.
  • Team Alignment: Coordinate with Social Commerce, Creative, Production, Operations, Marketing, and Client Services teams.
  • Communication Hub: Facilitate regular syncs to align stakeholders on project status, action items, and deliverables.
  • Resource Readiness: Coordinate studio setups, technical needs, visual assets, and layouts to ensure all resources are ready pre-stream.
  • Asset Tracking: Maintain organized product and prop checklists for every livestream.
  • Logistics Liaison: Partner with warehouse and operations teams to secure samples and monitor inventory for major launches.
  • Performance Tracking: Prepare weekly/monthly KPIs and operational efficiency reports.
  • Post-Mortem Insights: Deliver post-campaign reports detailing performance analysis, key challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
  • Workflow Optimization: Build and maintain SOPs, project trackers, and dashboards to boost team productivity and livestream efficiency.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, events, e-commerce, or livestream operations.
  • Experience working with TikTok Shop, Shopee Live, LazLive, or other livestream platforms is an advantage.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools such as Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
