Job description
- Shape and execute product strategy to hit key business targets while collaborating across cross-functional and product teams.
- Own team OKRs and the product roadmap, keeping deliverables aligned with the broader organization's goals.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from initial scoping and feature prioritization to launch and post-launch impact analysis.
- Draft comprehensive PRDs and translate user requirements into clear user stories and acceptance criteria for engineering and design teams.
- Champion Agile/Scrum methodologies, leading daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Drive data-backed decision-making by defining key performance metrics and building dashboards to analyze product success.
- Cultivate strong partnerships with engineering leads, business executives, and key stakeholders to ensure streamlined product delivery.
Job qualifications
- Background: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
- Product Track Record: 4+ years managing successful consumer tech products, backed by excellent design sensibilities and product instincts (bonus points for knowledge of the financial technology sector and its current trends).
- Agility: Skilled at simplifying complex problems and defining clear solutions in fast-moving settings.
- Multidisciplinary Fluency: Ability to speak the language of data, design, engineering, and business to drive cross-functional alignment.
- Data-Driven: Strong analytical mindset; uses data-backed insights to justify and prioritize feature requirements.
- Autonomy: Highly organized with an eye for quality and the ability to juggle multiple priorities with minimal oversight.
