About the Role
Are you a passionate talent acquisition professional, capable of working in a high-impact, agile team? Join our dynamic Global TA team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, where you will play a pivotal role in supporting hiring initiatives across the EU region for a leading wholesale organization. As a key member, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to meet the evolving needs of our growing organization.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end recruitment processes for expert, senior specialist and leadership positions across METRO AG and selected business entities.
- Partner with Hiring Managers and People & Culture stakeholders to understand hiring needs, advise on recruitment strategies and deliver an outstanding stakeholder experience.
- Identify, engage and attract top talent through direct search, talent mapping, networking and other sourcing channels.
- Support executive and leadership hiring initiatives globally through market research, candidate identification and recruitment process coordination.
- Drive an exceptional candidate experience while leveraging market insights and recruitment best practices to continuously improve hiring outcomes.
Qualifications
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Executive Search or Recruiting, ideally within an international or matrix organization.
- Proven track record of managing full-cycle recruitment processes for specialist, expert and leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping and proactive candidate engagement.
- Excellent stakeholder management, consulting and communication skills.
- Experience working with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter and modern recruiting technologies.
