  • Perform statistical analysis and root cause investigations on equipment failures and recurring issues
  • Generate executive-level performance reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar tools
  • Compare actual maintenance performance against planned schedules, workload estimates, and industry standards
  • Analyze asset lifecycle data to identify obsolescence risks and replacement priorities

Strategic Planning & Optimization

  • Develop and implement data-backed preventive and predictive maintenance strategies
  • Create optimized maintenance schedules that balance reliability requirements with production demands
  • Calculate resource requirements and personnel allocation based on workload analysis
  • Identify material deficiencies, high labor-hour areas, and deviations from standards
  • Propose continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights

Coordination & Execution Support

  • Collaborate with Operations to optimize maintenance timing and minimize production impacts
  • Issue work orders and coordinate maintenance activities across teams
  • Manage spare parts inventory through data-driven forecasting and analysis
  • Support maintenance budget management and cost control initiatives
  • Maintain comprehensive maintenance documentation and procedures

Compliance & Collaboration

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams, operations personnel, and external suppliers
  • Support contract management and procurement of maintenance materials and services
  • Participate in global industrial projects aligned with strategic objectives

What You Need
