The Facilities Maintenance Worker performs general building maintenance, repairs, and facility upkeep to ensure safe and functional environments across the organization’s clinical, residential, and administrative sites. The Facilities Maintenance Worker supports the organization through routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and response to facility needs. Work requires basic trade skills, safe tool operation, and trauma-informed interaction in occupied behavioral-health settings.

Requirements

1.    Experience using hand and power tools for building maintenance

2.    Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

3.    Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or residential facilities preferred.

4.    Familiarity with OSHA general industry safety principles preferred.
