职位描述

• Responsible for purchasing materials for production needs.负责根据生产需求开展物料采购工作；
• Responsible for tracking orders to meet production schedule. Handle all kinds of materials abnormalities.跟进采购订单进度，保障生产交期；处理各种物料异常；
• Responsible for managing procurement contracts to ensure that the terms of the contract are enforced and the interests of the company are maintained. 管理采购合同，落实合同条款，维护公司合法权益；
• Responsible for monthly reconciliations with suppliers and follow up on invoices, organize records of invoices and apply for corresponding payment application form, which are checked and signed by supervisors and submitted to finance.每月与供应商对账，跟进发票事宜，整理发票台账，填写付款申请单，经主管审核签字后提交财务部门；
• Responsible for checking stock turnover in the warehouse on a regular basis and work out inventory reduction plan.负责定期核查仓库库存周转情况并制定相应的降库存方案；
• Other tasks assigned by manager.完成上级安排的其他工作。

职位要求

• 本科学历
• 英语能够读写
• 工作经验3年以上
