Job Description
The main responsibilities of a service technician will be:
- Perform installation, preventive maintenance, and corrective maintenance of laboratory and industrial equipment.
- Carry out calibrations and qualifications in accordance with technical standards and applicable regulations.
- Provide technical support to customers, both on-site and remotely.
- Diagnose faults and propose efficient technical solutions.
- Prepare technical service reports detailing performed interventions.
- Train users on the correct operation of equipment.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
Requirements:
- Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation, or related fields.
- Experience with maintenance of analytical or industrial equipment.
- Knowledge of electrical systems, electronics, and IT.
- Technical English (ability to read manuals and documentation).
- Availability for frequent travel.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice to have:
- Previous experience with Anton Paar equipment or analytical instrumentation.
- Knowledge of automation and control software.
- Experience in customer service.
