We’re looking for a driven, solutions-focused Outside Sales Account Manager to join our Fluid Power team in the Sterling Heights, MI area.

### Essential Functions

Develop and execute a strategic sales plan in collaboration with your District Sales Manager

Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and presentations

Grow and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across a defined territory

Leverage support from expert inside sales and technical teams to deliver value-added solutions

Use CRM tools and data insights to effectively manage your pipeline and territory

### Experience, Education and Skills

Highschool diploma or equivalent

Bachelor’s degree in a related field OR a 2-year technical degree (Fluid Power focus) is preferred

3+ years of B2B industrial sales experience (Fluid Power sales is a strong plus and preferred)

Hands-on experience with fluid power systems, components, and troubleshooting is a big advantage

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
