Clinical Services

Provide individual psychotherapy/counseling to undergraduate and graduate students experiencing a range of psychological concerns (e.g., anxiety, depression, trauma, adjustment issues, relationship concerns).
Conduct psychological assessments and diagnostic evaluations when clinically indicated.
Provide crisis intervention and risk assessments for students experiencing acute distress or safety concerns.
Develop treatment plans and maintain appropriate clinical documentation in accordance with professional and legal standards.

Consultation & Collaboration

Consult with faculty, staff, and campus departments regarding student mental health concerns.
Collaborate with other university support services.
Provide referrals to community providers when long-term or specialized care is required.

Administrative & Professional Duties

Maintain accurate clinical records and comply with ethical, legal, and confidentiality standards.
Participate in team meetings, case consultations, and departmental planning.
Contribute to program development and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay current with best practices in college mental health

Master’s degree in clinical psychology or counseling psychology from an accredited institution. ·
Current licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Clinical Psychologist in the relevant jurisdiction.
English proficiency in oral and written communication is required. All counseling sessions are taught entirely in English
Demonstrated experience providing psychotherapy and crisis intervention (at least 3 years). ·
Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for common mental health concerns in young adults. ·
Experience working with diverse populations and a commitment to inclusive and culturally responsive care (minimum three years)
Experience working in college counseling centers or university settings preferred.
Ability to support international students and culturally diverse population
