Job Description

We’re on the lookout for a highly organised, proactive Team Assistant to join our Adelaide Industrial team on a 12-month parental leave contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a fast-paced, high-performing environment and gain exposure to a leading property business.

You’ll play a key role in supporting a busy, collaborative team where you’ll be at the centre of a wide range of projects and client work.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Preparing high-quality property reports, submissions, presentations, contracts and formal documentation
  • Managing and prioritising requests from multiple stakeholders, including remote team members
  • Supporting marketing campaigns, including creating marketing materials and updating websites
  • Maintaining and managing internal client databases
  • Coordinating client and team meetings, including agendas and minute taking
  • Providing general administrative support including travel bookings, invoicing and expense management

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will:

  • Be highly detail-oriented with a strong sense of accountability
  • Have intermediate to advanced MS Office skills
  • Have experience using Adobe InDesign
  • Be fast and accurate with excellent written and typing skills
  • Be comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player who builds strong relationships across the business
  • Ideally bring experience from a real estate or professional services environment
