  • Pay: $20.00-22.00 hourly

Aspire Living & Learning is currently seeking a Maintenance Associate to perform maintenance and repair work on facilities and equipment under the direction of the Building Supervisor. Assists with the renovation/remodeling of buildings; repairs plaster and drywall; painting, performs grounds maintenance such as snow removal, sanding, on call responsibilities, and other maintenance tasks as required.

Our ideal candidate:

  • Basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs.
  • Empathy, enthusiasm, and a passion and dedication for helping others.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Valid driver’s license required, with at least 3 years of driving experience.
  • Experience in the following strongly preferred: maintenance, groundskeeping, painting, repairs, carpentry, electrical, etc.
