As a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst, you will responsible for translating business requirements into trusted dashboards, reports, and analytical datasets. Working closely with business stakeholders and Data Engineers, the role defines KPIs, delivers actionable insights and enables consistent, data-driven decision-making through scalable reporting solutions.
### Responsibilities:-
Gather and analyze business reporting and analytics requirements.

Define KPIs, metrics, and business rules with stakeholders.

Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using BI tools.

Design reusable analytical datasets and collaborate with Data Modelers to enhance analytical data models.

Evaluate and refine business reporting requirements to deliver scalable analytical solutions

Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.

Support Data Governance initiatives by documenting business metrics, dashboard definitions, metadata, and business glossary entries.

3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics.

Strong SQL skills.

Solid experience with BI and data visualization tools (preferrably QuickSight).

Hands-on experience designing analytical datasets using dimensional modeling principles.

Demonstrated experience delivering dashboards and reports using BI best practices.

Solid knowledge of relational databases and data warehousing concepts.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
