Job Description

Versant is seeking a strategic, analytically strong leader to serve as Sr. Manager, Value Realization within the Enterprise Transformation Office. This role will help shape how transformation value is defined, measured, and managed across the company.

Sitting at the intersection of enterprise strategy, financial discipline, and operational execution, this leader will help translate transformation activity into clear business outcomes, credible value cases, and measurable results. The role will partner across business, finance, transformation, and technology teams to ensure enterprise initiatives are grounded in sound assumptions, aligned to priorities, and tracked with the rigor needed to support leadership decision-making.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of financial acumen, strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and cross-functional execution. This person will play a key role in helping Versant move beyond opportunity identification and toward disciplined value realization across enterprise initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Value Strategy, Governance & Business Case Development

  • Help define and evolve Versant’s value realization approach across enterprise transformation initiatives
  • Build and maintain frameworks for how value is identified, sized, governed, and tracked across programs and workstreams
  • Develop and support business cases, assumptions, and benefits models tied to priority initiatives
  • Help create clear standards for defining directional, committed, realized, and reinvested value
  • Support prioritization and sequencing decisions by helping leaders understand relative value, feasibility, timing, and dependencies
  • Pressure-test value assumptions and identify where additional validation, tradeoffs, or adjustments are required

Benefits Tracking, Reporting & Leadership Insight

  • Define and track financial and operational metrics that measure expected and realized value across initiatives
  • Develop dashboards, summaries, and executive-ready reporting that provide leadership with clear visibility into value progress
  • Connect initiative execution to financial and business outcomes in a clear, decision-useful way
  • Monitor progress against expected value and identify risks, gaps, and opportunities early
  • Translate program activity into concise insights that help leaders understand where value is building, stalling, or at risk

Cross-Functional Partnership & Accountability

  • Partner closely with Finance, business leaders, and initiative owners to validate assumptions, outcomes, and realized impact
  • Help connect value across multiple transformation levers, including operating model changes, process optimization, global delivery, AI/automation, and third-party spend
  • Strengthen accountability by linking initiative execution to measurable business results
  • Support leadership discussions around tradeoffs, prioritization, sequencing, and value capture
  • Help reinforce an enterprise discipline around delivering committed value, not just identifying opportunity

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Finance, Business, Operations, Strategy, or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in value realization, FP&A, transformation finance, strategic operations, consulting, program leadership, or related roles
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data
  • Experience building business cases, benefits frameworks, and executive reporting
  • Experience supporting cross-functional transformation, operating model, or portfolio initiatives at the enterprise level
  • Ability to translate program activity and operational change into practical business and financial implications
  • Strong strategic thinking paired with a bias for execution and follow-through
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional partnership skills
  • Comfort operating in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting enterprise transformation, cost transformation, or portfolio governance efforts
  • Experience partnering closely with Finance and initiative leaders in matrixed environments
  • Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or technology environments
  • Familiarity with business intelligence tools, Excel-based modeling, workflow platforms, or transformation reporting tools
  • Experience working across multiple value levers, such as labor, non-labor, process optimization, automation, or operating model change
