Finance Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing cost centers, shared services and HQ allocation within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a good capacity of financial analysis, good administration of cost/expenses through several tools (including excel).

• Cost Center Accounting (Budget, Forecast, Actuals reporting)
• Cost Centers cycles, statistical key figures
• Master data fill-up in SAP
• Central functions distribution keys
• AUTOS Key user (approval and user support)
• Shared services tracking
• SOA Key user (P20.1)
• HQ Allocation and services tracking
• Logistic cost tracking
• MRO part numbers costing and accounting views
• Digitalization projects

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
• Intermediate English
• Experience:
  • in Finance or accounting, preferably with a focus on cost center management, shared services & allocation tracking
  • Tracking of provisions / accruals (mainly for expenses)
• Knowledge:
  • Intermediate excel
  • Financial regulations
  • Compliance standards
  • GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)
  • ERP systems (mainly SAP)
• Skills:
  • Strong capacity for analysis
  • Problem-solving abilities
  • Capacity of self-regulation and self-management.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Communication skills
  • Ability to present financial information clearly
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
