Partnership Activation & Execution
-
Manage end-to-end execution of partnership activations, including events, campaigns, and local experiences for Wichita’s Army of Normal Folks service club.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on objectives, timelines, and deliverables
-
Support execution across multiple activations simultaneously, ensuring quality and consistency
-
Serve as a key point of contact for partners during planning and delivery phases
-
Lead planning and logistics for events, including vendor coordination, run-of-show development, and onsite execution
-
Ensure all activation elements (creative, production, communications) are delivered on time and aligned to brand and partner expectations
-
Troubleshoot real-time issues during activations and ensure a smooth participant experience
-
Conduct post-event recaps and identify opportunities for improvement

Support and improve workflows, tools, and systems used to track partnerships and activations (e.g., Workfront or similar platforms)

Manage timelines, task tracking, and project coordination across multiple stakeholders
-
Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable process improvements
-
Ensure consistent use of templates, playbooks, and standards across activations
-
Track and report on activation performance, timelines, and outcomes
-
Support development of dashboards or reporting to provide visibility into partnership activities
-
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve execution and impact
-
Maintain documentation, playbooks, and best practices for future activations
Event & Experiential Delivery

3–6+ years of experience in partnerships, stakeholder management, account management, community engagement, or cross-functional program execution

Experience supporting or executing partner relationships, events, activations, or partner-driven initiatives

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
