About the Role
Our client is a performance marketing agency specializing in inbound lead and call generation. They run high-volume ad campaigns across multiple verticals and move fast, which means their media buyers need to be sharp, self-sufficient, and comfortable making real-time decisions.
What You'll Do
- Traffic and upload approved creative assets to ad platforms
- Monitor campaign performance throughout the day, tracking spend pacing and inbound volume against established benchmarks
- Flag and kill underperforming campaigns based on defined criteria, and over time, make those calls autonomously
- Identify performance patterns across campaigns and verticals and relay insights back to the creative team
- Collaborate with the Creative Strategist and video production team to inform script development and production priorities
- Research competitor ads, document what they're running, and clip assets for internal reference
- Maintain pacing discipline: if benchmarks aren't met by designated checkpoints, campaigns are cut
Requirements
- What We're Looking For
- Experience buying media in a performance marketing environment
- Experience running campaigns optimized for inbound leads or calls
- Ability to read and act on campaign pacing, spend, and inbound volume data
- Comfort making time-sensitive decisions with incomplete information
- Strong attention to detail when trafficking creative and uploading to platforms
- Self-sufficient and proactive throughout the workday

- Familiarity with multiple ad platforms
- Background in high-volume, fast-kill campaign environments

This is a full-time, exclusive position. Candidates who are simultaneously employed at another agency, freelancing, or running their own agency will not be considered. No exceptions.
