Application Maintenance / Production Support(Java Application)

• L3 production support for Java Spring Boot applications.
• Analyze and resolve complex production incidents.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement permanent fixes.
• Debug application issues using logs and code.
• Coordinate with L1/L2 support teams and developers.
• Deploy patches and support production releases.
• Monitor application health and ensure SLA compliance.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Java Spring Boot – Able to understand and debug the application code.
• Unix/Linux – Strong command-line skills for log analysis, process monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Oracle Database 19c – SQL queries and basic database troubleshooting.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• WebLogic/JBoss – Application deployment and troubleshooting.
• Apache Web Server – Configuration and log analysis.
• Shell Scripting – Automating support activities.
• PL/SQL – Debugging database-related issues.
• Workflow Systems – Supporting workflow-based applications.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate would have:

• 4–8+ years in Application Support/Production Support (L2/L3).
• Experience supporting Java Spring Boot applications in production.
• Strong troubleshooting skills rather than pure development experience.
• Knowledge of Unix/Linux, Oracle Database, and middleware (WebLogic/JBoss).
• Experience with incident management, RCA, and release support.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or Remedy
