Aspire Software is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in Lebanon.

About the job:
As a BDR, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective customers. You'll research target accounts, run outbound campaigns, qualify inbound interest, and book meetings for our sales team. This is a high-impact, quota-carrying role with a clear path into closing or account management.
What you'll do
- Prospect and build pipeline through cold outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS) to marinas and service businesses
- Qualify inbound leads and book demos for the sales team
- Personalize outreach using research on each account's pain points
- Hit and exceed monthly meeting and pipeline targets
- Keep the CRM clean and log all activity accurately
- Share market feedback with sales, marketing, and product
Requirements
- 1–3 years of SaaS sales or SDR/BDR experience
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound and handling objections
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience with CRM and sales engagement tools (e.g., HubSpot, Outreach, Apollo) a plus
- Bonus: experience selling to SMBs, marinas, or service industries
