SENIOR FINANCIAL CONTROLLER (FIXED TERM – MATERNITY COVER) (F/M/D) | IGNITIS RENEWABLES

Job Description

We are currently seeking a new colleague to join the Finance department at Ignitis Renewables. In this role, you will be responsible for the financial planning, business KPIs and Investment reporting as well as short-term and long-term forecast modeling. If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!

You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by:  

• Ensuring high quality, accuracy, and consistency of financial and operational reporting across all Renewables Group companies and at the consolidated level
• Conducting profitability and broader financial performance analyses
• Coordinating and overseeing the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans
• Overseeing internal and external reporting processes, including the preparation of the annual report, taxonomy, and project portfolio status
• Developing and maintaining key business driver reports
• Performing ad hoc analyses and business case evaluations across various topics
• Driving improvements in processes, controls, reporting, and KPI frameworks
• Participating in and leading Group-level projects related to reporting and finance functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Math, Economics, or a closely related field
• 3+ years of experience in finance or financial control
• Knowledge of IFRS, ACCA/CFA qualification would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of accounting requirements and analytical skills, with the ability to manage issues across multiple business units and countries
• Experience in financial modeling
• Excellent English skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office programs
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to clearly and diligently convey financial and operational performance.
