The goal is clear: to achieve business process excellence with Oracle® digitalisation solutions! And you will lead our discerning clients towards the digital future. Working closely with clients, you will design intelligent business processes in which modern, market-leading digitalisation technologies can realise their full potential. Using agile and hybrid methodology models, you will configure enterprise software systems that are precisely tailored to the client’s business processes. You will be responsible for the turnkey implementation and the associated change management.
A wide range of tasks awaits you:
- Advising our international clients in the upper mid-market sector on the production of industrial goods
- Analysing and optimising business processes with a focus on Oracle solutions
- Providing support with the implementation and configuration of Oracle standard applications
- As a Demand and Supply Chain Consultant, you will bring expertise in data-driven forecasting and planning (e.g. S&OP, MRP, advanced analytics), combine this with in-depth end-to-end process knowledge, and use your systems expertise (ERP/APS) to strategically optimise complex supply networks
- Modelling and specifying production-related SCM and planning processes
- Delivering training sessions and workshops for users
- Occasional travel to client sites
Requirements
You will have:
- Completed vocational training or a degree in computer science, engineering, logistics or a related field
- At least 2–3 years’ professional experience in industry, preferably in process management or organisation, but also in demand and supply chain planning, quality management or the sourcing/procurement departments of manufacturing companies
- Initial industry experience in supply chain management, logistics or production
- Basic knowledge of Oracle Applications or other ERP systems would be an advantage
- Analytical thinking and a passion for solving complex business problems
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
