Job Description

Join our Product Analytics function and play a key role in shaping the next wave of customer-facing experiences at ASOS. As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll go beyond analysis — leading how data informs product strategy, influencing senior stakeholders, and driving measurable impact across the platform.

In this role you'll own core KPIs and suggest and experiment changes that can be made on site and to commercial propositions to drive growth. You’ll lead experimentation design and analysis, delivering insight that directly shapes roadmaps and priorities. You’ll partner closely with Product Managers, UX and cross-functional teams to understand how customers use the ASOS platform, identify the highest-impact opportunities, and ensure decisions are grounded in robust, insight-led thinking. You’ll also act as a thought partner to product leadership, helping to embed a culture of experimentation, data-driven decision making, and continuous optimisation.

The Role:

  • Lead deep-dive analysis across customer funnels and journeys, identifying high-impact opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention
  • Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks, ensuring statistical rigour and clear business impact
  • Proactively identify growth opportunities and influence prioritisation through data-led recommendations and experiments you design
  • Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership
  • Partner with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define product strategy through data, setting clear success metrics and evaluating performance
  • Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics capabilities to scale insight across product teams
  • Mentor and support more junior analysts, contributing to best practice and raising the bar for analytical quality across the team

Qualifications

About you:

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insight
  • Solid grounding in statistics, including hypothesis testing and experimental design, with the ability to apply these in real-world product environments
  • Advanced SQL skills and strong experience with Python (pandas, NumPy) for large-scale data analysis
  • Proven experience leading A/B testing programmes and influencing product decisions through experimentation
  • Significant experience analysing customer behaviour within digital products or e-commerce platforms, with a focus on driving measurable improvements
  • Strong experience with data visualisation tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Looker), with an emphasis on storytelling and stakeholder impact
  • Experience working closely with Product and influencing senior stakeholders or leadership teams
