We are looking for an intern to join our PST Team, supporting the Customer Onboarding Manager in transitioning new clients to our platform. This is a key role in ensuring that our clients have a smooth and successful onboarding experience.

### What You Will Do
  • Assist in managing onboarding projects, contributing to successful outcomes and accelerating Time to Value for clients.
  • Participate in developing materials and processes that enhance the customer experience during onboarding.
  • Document client interactions and support the transition to the Customer Success Team after the onboarding phase.
  • ### What You Will Need
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • Ability to effectively manage time and tasks.
  • Interest in technology, especially in SaaS platforms and system integration.
  • Willingness to learn about project management and client interaction.
  • Hands-on attitude, ownership, and a collaborative approach to work.
