Your contribution to something big:

As an HR Intern in our global team, you will assist in processing and managing employee requests for international remote working under the "Work Abroad" concept.

Your main responsibilities will be:

Support the initial evaluation of international remote work requests, assisting in the eligibility analysis against country-specific criteria.
Assist as a point of contact for general inquiries from employees and managers regarding international remote work policies, processes, and protocols.
Maintain and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the international remote work service.
Ensure accurate documentation by archiving and organizing relevant files for each request to support audit trails.
Support the Work Abroad team in continuous process improvement initiatives and the refinement of internal procedures.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you:

Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Know-how:
- Basic understanding of HR processes and interest in Global Mobility.
- Good command of MS Office tools (specifically Excel, Word, Powerpoint, and Outlook).
Languages: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (essential). German language skills are a plus.
Working Style and Methods: Highly organized, proactive, and attentive to detail. Eager to learn, with the ability to adapt to new tasks and structured processes.
Personality: Customer-focused, collaborative, and communicative, with a positive mindset toward teamwork in an international environment.
