Job Description
As an Automation AI Developer, you will design, develop, and implement automation and AI-driven solutions that support HR IT processes and business needs. Working closely with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams, you will translate business requirements into technical solutions while ensuring scalability, stability, and continuous improvement.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Design, develop, and implement automation solutions and AI-powered applications for HR IT use cases.
- Build, maintain, and optimize automation workflows, API integrations, and low-code solutions using modern automation platforms.
- Integrate AI services such as natural language processing, intelligent document processing, and conversational AI into existing HR IT systems.
- Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows.
- Deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously optimize automation and AI solutions while maintaining comprehensive technical documentation.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Software Engineering, or a comparable technical field.
Experience
- Approximately 3 years of professional experience in automation development, business analysis, project management, or a related IT role.
- Experience developing automation solutions in an HR or enterprise IT environment is considered an advantage.
- Proven experience with low-code platforms and automation technologies such as OutSystems, Microsoft Power Platform, UiPath, ServiceNow or similar.
Know-how
- Strong knowledge of automation frameworks, API development and integration, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Solid understanding of application lifecycle management, agile methodologies, and database concepts.
- Experience with scripting or programming languages used for automation (e.g., Python) is an advantage.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
Languages
- Fluent English (written and spoken, minimum C1 level).
- German is considered an asset.
