Join our Campus Recruitment team based in Brussels, Belgium, as part of the V.I.E (Volontariat International en Entreprise) programme and take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for interns and recent graduates for positions across corporate functions. This role is ideal for someone looking to further develop their talent acquisition expertise while overseeing the entire recruitment process in a fast-paced, international environment.
What is the V.I.E programme?
As a European Economic Area (EEA) national, aged between 18 to 28, Business France’s V.I.E programme is your chance to embrace an international experience in a leading scientific network. The 12-months contract includes a monthly allowance and Business France helps with administrative support for a smooth transition abroad. POSITION & OBJECTIVES:
As part of the Campus Recruitment team, you will be responsible for attracting, assessing and hiring early-career talent across multiple business functions. Your primary focus will be to achieve hiring targets while ensuring an efficient, data-driven recruitment process and a positive stakeholder experience.
In this role, you will:
- Own the full recruitment lifecycle for internships and recent graduate positions, from job intake to offer acceptance and onboarding.
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously while ensuring delivery against agreed hiring timelines and recruitment KPIs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to define hiring needs, advise on recruitment strategy, and provide regular market and pipeline updates.
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, job boards, university partnerships, referral channels, and talent databases.
- Conduct candidate screening interviews, competency-based assessments and selection interviews to identify top talent.
- Ensure data quality and process compliance within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Contribute to recruitment reports and leverage hiring data to identify trends, bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to campus engagement and employer branding activities as talent attraction channels supporting recruitment objectives.

Background & Education
- Approximately 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes with direct accountability for hiring outcomes.
- Experience recruiting early-career talent is considered a strong asset.
- Master's degree in Business, Human Resources, Psychology or a related field.
Languages
- Full professional proficiency in English is required.
- Additional European languages are considered a strong advantage.
Technical Skills
- Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM tools and sourcing platforms is considered an asset.
