• Responsibilities:

• Extensive use of RingCentral telephone application and Casee case management system

• Identification of pending medical records and/or billing requests based on Casee due dates

• Properly identify medical facilities/departments for verbal/written contact

• Locate, review and interpret previously submitted medical records and billing requests for reference

• Initiate contact with medical providers via verbal or written communication

• Data entry memorializing detail of communication or intended communication with medical providers

• Determine and set appropriate follow up date for pending requests

• Identify and communicate to the assigned paralegal any scenario needing paralegal attention

• Skills / Qualifications:

• Has at least one year of relevant legal experience

• Is computer savvy and enjoys learning new software

• Can make decisions that support company guidelines authoritatively and quickly

• Is detail oriented with the organization skills required to maintain a high level of accuracy

• Enjoys speaking with clients and providing "above and beyond" customer service
