Junior Operations Manager

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and quality-driven Junior Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating vehicle inspection reports completed by our technical experts, ensuring they meet AUTO1 Group's quality standards. By analyzing inspection documentation, video, and photographic material, you will contribute to delivering accurate and consistent vehicle assessments across multiple European markets while supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Perform quality control of vehicle inspection reports and supporting documentation completed by AUTO1 technical experts and merchants.
• Review and validate inspection reports, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with internal quality standards.
• Analyze video and photographic material to verify vehicle conditions.
• Edit and optimize vehicle images according to AUTO1 Group's corporate standards.
• Support quality assurance activities across multiple European markets, including Germany, Spain, France, Belgium, and the Netherlands.
• Assist with user training and provide support for the AUTO1 platform when required.
• Prepare and maintain daily quality and performance reports.
• Identify inconsistencies and contribute to continuous process improvements.
• Ensure timely completion of back-office activities while maintaining a high level of precision and attention to detail.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in back-office operations, document quality control, data verification, or data entry.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken); Italian is considered an advantage.
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) or Google Workspace.
• Professional, reliable, and results-oriented with a proactive mind

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Tirana, and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
