As a Digital Project Delivery Engineer, you will act as a key bridge between project delivery and digital innovation. You will combine hands-on BIM capabilities with strong expertise in data, automation, and digital solutions to improve efficiency, scalability, and decision-making across projects.
Job Description
- Support project delivery through BIM coordination activities, ensuring alignment of models, workflows, and deliverables
- Provide hands-on support in projects when required, including BIM coordination, BEP development and troubleshooting
- Lead the adoption of digital solutions to enhance project performance, efficiency, and scalability
- Design and implement data-driven workflows, integrating BIM data with other project systems
- Develop and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for structured and reliable data usage
- Build dashboards and reporting solutions (Power BI) to support project monitoring and decision-making
- Drive automation of workflows using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and scripting tools
- Integrate data across platforms (BIM, CDE, GIS, enterprise systems) to enable connected digital ecosystems
- Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and digital innovation
- Contribute to digital standards, templates, and reusable solutions across the organization
Qualifications
- Proficient use of English language
- 2–5 years experience in BIM and/or digital roles within AEC or similar industries
- Solid understanding of BIM workflows and project delivery processes
- Strong knowledge of Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps)
- Experience in data transformation and ETL processes (Power Query or similar)
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving orientation
- Agile profile with a strong ability to rapidly learn and adopt new technologies in project environments.
- Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and complex projects
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Architecture, Engineering
- Experience in both project environments (BIM delivery) and digital/automation initiatives
Skills
- Advanced Power BI (data modelling, DAX)
- Power Query / ETL / data pipelines
- Azure (Data Factory, Functions, Storage or similar)
- GitHub / version control and collaborative development
- Scripting (Dynamo, Python, APIs)
- Autodesk Construction Cloud / BIM360
- Knowledge of interoperability (IFC, APIs, BIM–GIS integration)
- Experience in ISO 19650
