Job Description

What will you take care of?

As a Graduate Specialist Program – Junior Sales Engineer Assembly Technologies, you will be part of our Sales Team based in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI) and will join a structured training path focused on developing both technical capabilities and cross-functional competencies (sales techniques, communication, customer management, problem-solving, etc.).

As part of this program, you will follow a blended training journey combining in-field learning in Italy with hands-on experience at our international plants and Headquarters.

You will be trained to:

  • Help shaping the future:
    Support the sales strategy across Piemonte and Lombardia, working primarily with direct customers in Automotive, Assembly, and FMCG sectors, while also cooperating with indirect sales partners. You’ll contribute to the expansion and management of the customer portfolio by analyzing market data and identifying new opportunities.
  • Experience cooperation:
    Collaborate closely with the local Sales teamchannel partners, and the Headquarters to align commercial and technical efforts, share best practices, and support the implementation of integrated solutions tailored to customer needs.
  • Take on responsibility:
    Assist in sales negotiations, manage customer relationships, and provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle. You will contribute to achieving sales targets, supporting both turnover and margin objectives, while growing your commercial acumen.
  • Use creativity and scope for development:
    Analyze market trends and customer needs to propose tailored assembly technology solutions. You’ll represent the company at key industry events and trade fairs, actively contributing to brand visibility and lead generation.

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education:

  • University degree or ITS specialization in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical fields.
  • English proficiency at minimum B1 level, with the ability to interact in written and spoken form with international teams and Headquarters.

In line with our compensation policies, the gross annual salary (RAL) for this position lies within the range € 31.000 - € 34.000 for a 40-hour work week.  

In addition, the remuneration package will also include an individual performance-related bonus
