En tant que directeur/directrice, vous pilotez l’établissement dans l’atteinte de ses résultats et vous contribuez à mener les équipes vers le succès pour garantir la satisfaction de nos clients.
Si vous l’acceptez, vos missions principales seront les suivantes :
Management :
- Piloter, animer et fédérer les équipes en coordonnant les différents départements de l’établissement et en déterminant leurs objectifs.
- Assurer le recrutement, l'intégration et identifier les besoins de formation des équipes conformément aux plans de développement individuels ou collectifs définis.
- Assurer l’exercice du pouvoir disciplinaire et la gestion RH (plannings, paie…)
- Garantir l'application de la réglementation sociale et contribuer au maintien du climat social.
Commercialisation & relation client :
- Construire un plan d’action commercial pour son établissement puis mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale et veiller à sa réalisation afin de garantir la satisfaction et la fidélisation des clients.
- Définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie tarifaire de l’établissement.
- Veiller à l’image de marque au travers de la gestion de la E-réputation.
Exploitation :
- Maîtriser les procédures et les standards de la marque et est garant de leurs bonnes applications.
- Veiller à la bonne exécution des offres et services déployés au sein de l'hôtel (restauration, séminaire, réception & étages …).
- Garantir le respect, le contrôle et l'application des procédures d'hygiène, de qualité et de sécurité des biens et des personnes.
- Être garant du maintien de l’établissement dans un état de fonctionnement, d’entretien et de propreté optimal.
Gestion administrative et financière :
- Mettre en œuvre et contrôler la bonne application des procédures administratives, comptables et RH.
- Maîtriser, analyser et suivre le compte de résultat d'exploitation et les indicateurs de performance puis mettre en œuvre des actions d’optimisation.

- Expérience réussie en tant que manager d’un centre de profit,
- Leadership, capacité à fédérer et inspirer les équipes,
- Culture du résultat et compétences en gestion, en comptabilité et en ressources humaines,
- Maîtrise des techniques de gestion hôtelière (revenue management, F&B…)
- Capacité d'adaptation, d’organisation et de rigueur,
- Capacité de réaction et de gestion des conflits et des crises,
- Sens du service,
- Aisance en anglais,
- Aisance avec les outils informatiques.
