Responsible for expansion of retail client network across Indonesia
Drive sales program and promotions & incentive programs to key retail clients to ensure continuous sales growth
Manages and leads Key Account Specialists to achieve targeted client network growth and sales growth
Coordinate with Sales Operations Lead to achieve targeted level of sales and profitability
Drive analysis and insight on current products and market intelligence on competitors
Manage portofolio AR client dan AP partner insurance by coordinating with BD support team

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: 5-8 years of experience in sales, account management, or retail management, ideally in a regional or territory management role.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve high sales performance.
Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify problems, think critically, and implement effective solutions quickly.
Have an excellent network in the retail business especially for gadgets & electronics sectors
Strong negotiation skills especially with regards to commercial terms
Strong experience in creating and promoting sales racing programs to drive high product adoption
