Job Description

Within the Global Marketing – Premium Midscale Economy division, one of the key responsibilities of the Brand Compliance & Guest Experience department is:

  • defining brand standards and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), reflecting the Brand Promise
  • communicating these contents to hotels worldwide
  • monitoring the implementation of standards in hotels through audits
  • analyzing compliance

 

These standards ensure a consistent guest experience across all hotels under these brands:

Pullman, Swissôtel, Mövenpick, Grand Mercure, Mercure, Handwritten, Novotel, Tribe, Jo&Joe, ibis, ibis Styles, ibis budget, Greet.

 

In an international environment, your main missions for this internship will be:

• Updating the content of the standards in collaboration with various internal contributors: Brand Leaders, ALL loyalty, CSR and coordination with the countries.

• Digitising this content on the platforms to enable hotels to self-assess against standards, managing relationships with external partners alongside your Manager (implementing and monitoring actions, ensuring deadlines are met)

• Update all necessary documentation that will help hotels and external partner to measure compliancy during the Audits

• Communication, coordination and support to representatives in the countries

• Analysing compliance with standards across the network and the impact on customer satisfaction, and making recommendations to brand managers.

 

Contributing to the development and improvement of the Brand Compliance programme (digital platforms, processes, reporting, etc.)

On a day-to-day basis, you will work on a project basis with internal stakeholders (Brand Compliance & CX team, Global and Country Marketing) and external stakeholders (audit providers and digital platforms).

Qualifications

  • Be highly organized and structured
  • Rigourous, pay attention to details
  • Proactive and good communicator 
  • Analytical and synthesis skills
  • Great knowledge of Excel / Power Point
  • Experience in Hospitality or Project Management highly preferred  

Level of Education: Master / MBA / Bac + 4/5

Areas of study: Marketing, Hospitality, Project Management

Languages: Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken mandatory
