Job Description
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in hydraulic Component (Axial piston pump & motor, Mobile control valve & Mobile hydraulic system
- Attend OEM & End Customer complaint for Field & Zero Km & close the complaint in coordination with Quality team
- Fostering internal relationship with internal Service Organizations and other departments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interactions with customers and source plant teams
- Proto-validation sign -off for various mobile applications like Compactors, Backhoe Loader, Excavator, concrete pump and other construction & mining equipment.
- And attainment of KPIs Service TAT for closure of customer complaint.
- Handling warranty claim management including submission of 8D, Quad chart -reports & closure of complaints
Qualifications
B.E. / Diploma (Mechanical) with 3-6 years of relevant experience
Should have below skill-set:
- Customer orientation, Products Knowledge, Communication Skills
- Presentation Skills
