Job Description
>Responsible for process development include line and equipment concept development,work out related specifications and execution according requirements from project time, cost, quality perspectives.
>Responsible for production line management in whole product life cycle and continuous improvement to ensure project KPIs sustainable.
>Oragnization and coordination for quotation in operation :
▪ Responsible for developing the Manufacturing Concept based on product architecture and requirements matching them to state of the art production processes and technologies.
▪ Participate in the quotation team (If assigned during this phase).
▪ Develop operations quotes for industrialization based upon product requirement, lean principles, robust processes
▪ Formulate future strategic manufacturing concept paths to achieve greater competitiveness in the market in terms of cost, efficiency, quality, etc.
>Production line design&Equipment Spec and supplier management&New line estbalish&New line ramp up
Qualifications
-At least bachalor degree and major in mechanical 、 electrical or engineering related education background.
-Good at both sopoken and written English.
-At least 3 years working experience in mechanical ,electrical and manufacturing field
-Communication skills&Presentation skills&Ability to complete task with supervision&Organizational and time management skills.
