AOV MOV Valve Diagnostic Tester - Nuclear

Summary:

AOV/MOV Diagnostic Tester will perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of MOV and AOV valve systems during nuclear power plant refueling outages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience in troubleshooting for corrective activities as per manufacturer manuals such as Rotork, Biffi, Dresser, Parcol, Velan, Emerson.
• Knowledge of refurbishment activities on MOV and AOV actuators and accessories.
• Acquisition and analysis for MOV and AOV using diagnostic system Viper20/Vote infinity or similar.
• Issuing and revision of maintenance procedure for valves, electrical and pneumatic actuators including accessories.
• Understanding diagnostic procedures for diagnosis and calibration with Viper20 and VOTES Infinity of valves with electric and pneumatic actuators - preventive, predictive and corrective activities.
• Maintenance activities - calibration, troubleshooting.
• Interdepartmental support for Engineering and Operation Department.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with MOV and AOV diagnostic system Viper20/Vote infinity or similar.
