Internal Sales / Administration

Job Description

In this role, you'll be a key member of our Port Headland branch and be responsible for providing great customer service and sales support to our customers in the electrical industry.

A typical day will involve

• Taking ownership of processed customers' orders, including; handling incoming sales calls
• Driving Sales and building your customer accounts 
• Managing sales orders, quotes and customer projects
• Providing exceptional customer service and sales support to a vast range of trades who are the lifeblood of the electrical industry in Australia
• Purchasing
• Building relationships with suppliers 

Qualifications

A bit about you 

• Passionate about building strong working relationships with new and existing customers.
• You bring positive energy to the team and are highly motivated to become an expert in your field.
• Strong skills with MS Excel with sound working knowledge of purchasing/supply systems highly desirable
• Electrical wholesaling, trades or building/construction industry experience highly regarded - otherwise we will provide the product training! 
• Experience with Pronto is highly desired 
• Current valid Australian Drivers licence
