About Us

River Point RV Park is a welcoming, well-maintained RV destination located in Ontario, Oregon, offering guests a comfortable place to stay while exploring Eastern Oregon or traveling through the Treasure Valley. We pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service, a clean and attractive property, and a friendly atmosphere that keeps guests returning year after year.

We are seeking an experienced, hands-on General Manager to oversee the daily operations of the park, lead our team, and continue delivering an outstanding guest experience while driving operational excellence and financial performance.

About You

You are an experienced hospitality leader who enjoys wearing many hats. You are just as comfortable helping a guest at the front desk as you are reviewing financial reports, coaching employees, or walking the property to ensure everything is operating smoothly.

You have a passion for customer service, strong leadership skills, and the ability to motivate a team while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate has at least five years of hospitality, RV park, campground, hotel, or resort management experience, including a minimum of two years in a General Manager or senior leadership role.

  • Conduct regular inspections of guest accommodations, facilities, and grounds.
  • Manage staffing levels and scheduling while maintaining labor budgets.
  • Develop and manage operational budgets, monitor revenue and expenses, and work toward financial goals.
  • Partner with company leadership to develop marketing initiatives, pricing strategies, and occupancy goals.
  • Build strong relationships with guests, vendors, and the local community.
  • Maintain inventory, order supplies, and oversee vendor relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and applicable local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Lead by example by providing exceptional hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the continued success of the property.

Requirements

  • Preferred minimum five years of experience in hospitality, hotel, campground, or RV park operations.
  • Preferred at least two years of General Manager or senior management experience.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control.
  • Experience hiring, training, coaching, and developing successful teams.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency with property management systems, Microsoft Office, and common business software.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Must pass background check and have a valid driver license

Benefits

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Free RV Site (if applicable)
  • Performance bonus opportunities
