Job Description
As an RPA Developer, you’ll be responsible for building, implementing and supporting automation solutions that make a real impact across Cuscal.
In this role, you will;
- Design, develop and implement automation (BOT) solutions aligned to best practice standards
- Support and maintain existing robots while building new solutions based on business priorities
- Work closely with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement
- Drive an automation first approach across process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with Technology and Security teams to ensure smooth deployment and production readiness
- Optimise BOT performance to maximise efficiency and minimise manual intervention
- Contribute to innovation by staying across emerging automation trends and best practices
Qualifications
You’ll be a technically strong and curious problem solver with a passion for automation and continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you’ll have:
- Experience developing and implementing RPA or automation solutions (ideally UiPath)
- Strong understanding of automation frameworks, BOT development and process optimisation
- Software engineering experience with .Net
- Knowledge of Power Platform (Power Automate)
- Solid problem solving skills with the ability to analyse and improve business processes
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- A proactive mindset with a desire to innovate and improve how things are done
