Laundry Supervisor

Job Description

Laundry Supervisor is responsible for supervising the daily operations of the laundry department, ensuring quality standards, productivity, and timely delivery of guest laundry, uniforms, and hotel linen.

Qualifications

• Supervise daily laundry operations and team members.
• Assign work schedules and monitor staff performance.
• Ensure all laundry is processed according to hotel standards.
• Inspect the quality of washed, dried, and pressed items.
• Train and coach laundry employees.
• Monitor chemical usage and inventory levels.
• Report equipment issues to the Engineering Department.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laundry area.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and health & safety procedures.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Knowledge of laundry equipment and chemicals.

Additional Information

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel laundry operations.
