Job Description

As a Public Relations Assistant, you will support the planning and execution of public relations initiatives while assisting with internal and external communications. You will collaborate with different departments to help maintain a positive brand presence, coordinate outreach efforts, and ensure messaging is consistent across various communication channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating public relations campaigns and communication initiatives.
• Draft, edit, and organize press materials and company communications.
• Support the planning and coordination of promotional events and community outreach activities.
• Maintain media contact lists and communication records.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare summary reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Assist with administrative tasks related to public relations projects.
• Help maintain positive relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
