Job Description
Summary
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and guest satisfaction. The role supervises and supports the F&B team, coordinates service delivery, drives revenue through upselling initiatives. The Supervisor ensures all service standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed while delivering memorable guest experiences in line with resort standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day operations of assigned Food & Beverage outlets.
- Ensure smooth and efficient service delivery in accordance with resort standards and SOPs.
- Monitor outlet readiness, cleanliness, presentation, and service quality at all times.
- Conduct daily briefings and communicate operational updates to the team.
- Support outlet managers in achieving operational and service objectives.
- Handle guest requests, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure high levels of guest satisfaction.
- Promote resort dining experiences, special events, and Food & Beverage promotions.
- Drive revenue through effective upselling of food, beverages, and specialty dining experiences.
- Support the achievement of departmental revenue and profitability targets.
- Monitor guest spending trends and encourage promotional participation.
- Assist in increasing positive guest reviews and dining experience ratings.
- Supervise, motivate, and support F&B team members during daily operations.
- Ensure compliance with grooming standards, SOPs, and service procedures.
- Monitor staffing levels and support efficient workforce deployment.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, health, and safety standards.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized working environment.
- Follow all company policies, emergency procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Report incidents, hazards, and operational issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality, Food & Beverage, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a Food & Beverage supervisory role.
- Fluent in Russian and English (spoken and written).
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, guest service and F&B standards.
- Good leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle guest concerns and drive guest satisfaction.
- Knowledge of HACCP, food safety and hygiene standards.
