Position Summary
The Inbound Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the company's customer acquisition and pipeline growth strategies. They will be responsible for creating and executing automated HubSpot journeys and local search initiatives to attract qualified leads, improve the company's brand authority, and strengthen overall organic conversion efforts.
Collaborating closely with the broader marketing and operations teams, they will work to identify high-value SEO/AEO channels, craft engaging content that builds trust with families, and deploy technical marketing tactics that resonate with potential clients looking for child therapy solutions.
Duties and Responsibilities
HubSpot CRM and Lifecycle Automation
- Design, build, and optimize trigger-based, automated multi-channel nurturing workflows within HubSpot to progress leads from discovery to enrollment.
- Maintain meticulous CRM data hygiene. Segment contact lists based on geography, clinical needs, and lifecycle stage to ensure hyper-personalized messaging.
- Oversee the strategy, copywriting, and deployment of newsletters, nurture sequences, and standalone announcements. Handle all operational quality control (testing, formatting, and link verification).
- Systematically test email variants (subject lines, design layouts, send-times, and CTAs) to scale click-to-open rates (CTOR) and conversion metrics.
Local SEO, Reputation, and Content Strategy
- Actively manage and optimize Google Business Profiles and local directory listings across all clinic locations to maximize visibility in local map packs.
- Strategize, automate, and monitor the review solicitation process. Build seamless review-request workflows and leverage positive social proof across marketing channels.
- Plan and write high-impact posts addressing core customer pain points and driving organic traffic.
- Coordinate with department and clinical leadership to edit, optimize, and publish expert-led, industry-specific content.
- Repurpose top-performing blog themes and success stories into downloadable resources (gated PDFs, guides, worksheets) to accelerate premium email sign-ups.
Analytics and Inbound Reporting
- Track and report on the overall health of the inbound funnel: organic keyword growth, local search impressions, review generation rates, email engagement, and total MQLs.
Compliance with Centria’s Code of Conduct, policies and procedures, and Federal and State laws.
Responsibility to report violations of Company policies or the Code of Conduct.
Salary $70,000 - $80,000.00
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Work Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience in inbound marketing, content marketing, digital marketing, or other relevant field
Equipment and Technology Requirements
- Working knowledge of laptop/desktop PC
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.) with a high level of presentation skills and Excel reporting preferred
- Proficiency in G Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Google Meet)

Knowledge and Skills
- Strong understanding of inbound marketing tactics and strategies.
- Heavy, hands-on experience managing HubSpot’s Marketing Hub. Must deeply understand contact properties, visual workflow logic, and active/static lists.
- Proven track record to successfully scale review volume, monitor sentiment, and manage multi-location listings.
- Demonstratable experience growing non-paid web traffic via content creation and on-page optimization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an eye for compelling content creation.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to track and interpret inbound marketing metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
- Experience with AEO/GEO a plus.
Working Conditions
- Centria's office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM.
- Additional time or occasional shift in schedule may be required to complete the above work or meet company objectives.
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, physical requirements such as bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 30 pounds may be required. This role will require sitting most of the day as well as walking and standing periodically. This role may require close visual acuity on computer screens or monitors and the ability to analyze data and figures on a screen.
