The Role You'll Play
As an Account Associate, you’ll be a key support partner for ClassPass partners, helping ensure their experience is smooth, responsive, and set up for success. You’ll support day-to-day operations, keep partner information accurate, and help the broader post-sales team identify opportunities to improve the partner experience.
- Serve as the first line of support for ClassPass partners, resolving operational questions and issues through email and support channels
- Keep partner information up to date across systems, including accurate listings and class schedules
- Support the post-sales team by preparing reports, surfacing partner needs, and assisting with outreach initiatives
- Help onboard new partners and support a smooth activation experience on the ClassPass platform
- Monitor partner performance and flag concerns, trends, or opportunities for the broader team
- Deliver a thoughtful partner experience by responding promptly, professionally, and with empathy
The Experience You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in customer support, account coordination, operations, or a related role
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Comfort using CRM systems, email platforms, and spreadsheets
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn in a collaborative, evolving environment
