Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bioanalytical Chemist to support the analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics in a laboratory setting. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on analytical experience who are comfortable working independently while maintaining high-quality standards in a regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform physical, chemical, and instrumental analysis of protein and small molecule therapeutics
- Run instrumentation independently including, but not limited to LC, iCE, CGE, pH, and UV-vis spectroscopy
- Preparing samples for analysis and running instrumentation with minimum supervision
- Prepare standards and samples for analysis
- Perform monthly maintenance of laboratory equipment and other laboratory support activities
- Knowledge of cGMP and LIMS
Qualifications
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a related scientific discipline (or equivalent relevant experience)
- 2–6 years of hands-on bioanalytical or analytical chemistry experience
- Experience operating chromatographic and spectroscopic instrumentation
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently in a laboratory environment
- Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship
Preferred
- Experience with iCE (imaged capillary electrophoresis)
- Familiarity with CEX (cation exchange chromatography) and similar separation techniques
- Knowledge of compendial assays (USP/EP methods)

- Understanding of regulated laboratory environments (cGMP)

Position is Full Time, Monday-Friday, First Shift, Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm. Candidates currently living within a commutable distance of Andover, MA, are encouraged to apply
