The Enterprise Architect Task Lead provides integrated leadership across enterprise technology, architecture, and data initiatives, ensuring effective execution of all assigned activities and alignment with contract requirements. This role oversees contractor personnel and subcontractors, drives coordination with Government stakeholders, and ensures delivery of high-quality, efficient, and compliant outcomes.

Lead planning, coordination, and execution of tasking spanning enterprise architecture, data, and cross-technology delivery efforts.

Ensure alignment between architecture strategy, data capabilities, and implementation activities across cloud, cybersecurity, network, endpoint, and application domains.

Drive consistent, high-quality delivery by setting clear priorities, maintaining momentum, and holding teams accountable for results.

Translate mission and operational requirements into integrated architecture, data, and technical implementation plans.

Identify and manage dependencies across workstreams, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues to maintain schedule and performance outcomes.

Develop and maintain enterprise architecture artifacts, data flows, and integration models that support mission needs and long-term modernization.

Establish and enforce data governance practices, including data quality, access control, and lifecycle management.

Foster a collaborative, high-performing team environment that promotes ownership and responsiveness, while reinforcing a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Promote practical innovation by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve interoperability, and enhance data accessibility and usability.

Support design reviews, technical assessments, and integration validation activities to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant.

Coordinate with stakeholders to provide visibility into progress, risks, and delivery outcomes.

Produce technical documentation, implementation plans, and reporting aligned to contract requirements.

Ten years of experience in enterprise IT, including architecture, data management, or cross-domain technical delivery.

PMP certification

Demonstrated experience leading integrated efforts across multiple technical domains (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, data, and enterprise systems).

Strong understanding of enterprise architecture practices, data governance, and system integration in federal environments.

Experience aligning technical solutions to mission requirements and operational outcomes.

Understanding of cloud technology, data analytics, with a security first mindset.

Ability to identify and manage dependencies, risks, and complex delivery challenges across multiple teams.

Strong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
