We’re looking for a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team in Wingene, Belgium.

 

As a Junior Supply Chain Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring our products move seamlessly through the supply chain, delivering exceptional service to our customers while supporting the efficient day-to-day operation of the business. Working collaboratively with teams across Production, Logistics, Sales, and Customer Service, you'll gain hands-on experience across planning, inventory management, customer order fulfilment, replenishment, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate customer orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring a smooth Order-to-Delivery (O2D) process.
  • Monitor supply chain performance, including OTIF, inventory accuracy, waste, and stock levels, and support corrective actions where needed.
  • Support replenishment planning for finished goods, packaging, and raw materials to maintain product availability.
  • Assist with production scheduling and planning activities to ensure efficient operations.
  • Manage inventory transactions within the ERP system, including goods receipts, transfers, production orders, and sales orders.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and support stock counts and month-end inventory activities.
  • Liaise with logistics providers to coordinate transportation, monitor freight costs, and maintain pooling container records.
  • Provide excellent customer service by acting as a key point of contact for customer enquiries and order updates.
  • Maintain and update master data within the company's EDI platform (Transus) to ensure data accuracy.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects across supply chain, planning, logistics, and customer service processes.

Requirements

  • University degree in Commercial Sciences or Logistics, or equivalent through experience.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive and driven individual with the energy and enthusiasm to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strong customer-focused mindset, with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service and meeting customer needs.
  • The ability to think strategically and conceptually, connecting information from across the supply chain to make informed decisions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the confidence to challenge existing processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • A resilient and results-oriented approach, demonstrating the determination to overcome obstacles and deliver positive outcomes.

Desirable

  • Good understanding of supply chain processes, workflows, and dependencies.
  • Fluency in French would be highly desirable.
