Manager/CFO

As Manager/CFO, you will help drive the coordination of corporate strategy while providing leadership across the finance function. The role is positioned at the center of senior decision-making and calls for someone who can operate with credibility, sound judgment, and a strong sense of purpose in a complex financial services setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate corporate strategy across the group.
• Lead the finance function in support of business performance and strategic priorities.
• Engage confidently with executive and board-level stakeholders, as well as regulators and investors.

Requirements

• Outstanding first degree with a minimum of second class upper.
• ACCA, ACA, and/or CFA certification.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance and strategy roles, gained within a Big Four accounting firm, reputable financial services group, bank, or multinational organization.
• Demonstrated experience engaging with executive and board-level stakeholders, as well as regulators and investors.
• Eligibility to work in Nigeria.
