Job Description
The Support Engineer is responsible for supporting prescribers and sales teams throughout the project lifecycle by providing high‑value technical expertise. The role focuses on adding technical value during the specification and sales phases to strengthen project positioning and competitiveness.
Key responsibilities include preparing technical projects, developing offers and proposals, creating system schemes and layouts, and providing technical documentation. In some cases, the Support Engineer will also prepare technical comparison analyses to clearly demonstrate the advantages of the company’s solutions versus competitors.
By combining strong technical knowledge with a customer‑ and project‑oriented mindset, the Support Engineer plays a key role in supporting complex HVAC projects, improving solution selection, and reinforcing the company’s value proposition in the market.
