This role is based in our Amsterdam, Netherlands Office

We’re looking for a driven and experienced marketing professional to lead the creation and delivery of marketing plans and campaigns for our Food Ingredients and Vitafoods global event portfolio. This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a data-focused approach, and the ability to work seamlessly with senior stakeholders and global teams.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy and Campaign Development

  • Develop tailored marketing plans for each event in the portfolio, ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Create innovative campaigns designed to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).
  • Design engaging email content using tools like Canva and AI platforms.
  • Build and segment email campaigns to maximize audience engagement and campaign performance.
  • Use data insights to shape marketing strategies and make informed decisions.
  • Track and report on MQL performance, providing actionable recommendations to improve results.
  • Monitor email campaign performance and implement regular optimizations to enhance effectiveness.
  • Manage multiple projects and events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.

Collaboration

  • Work confidently with senior stakeholders to align marketing strategies with broader business objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with local offices worldwide to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Partner with sales teams to support commercial goals and drive campaign success.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in delivering marketing plans and campaigns for large-scale events.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly when working with senior stakeholders.
  • Experience in using marketing design tools like Canva and AI platforms to create compelling content.
  • Solid understanding of data analysis and performance tracking to inform decision-making.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
