Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team. This role will focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia, ensuring an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience. You will act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers and HR partners, driving strategic hiring initiatives and supporting business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management for diverse roles across multiple geographies.
- Develop tailored recruitment strategies for Middle East and Asia markets, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and cultural nuances.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce needs and deliver effective hiring solutions.
- Build and maintain strong networks and talent pools for critical and hard-to-fill roles.
- Promote the company’s employer brand through social media, job boards, and regional events to attract top talent.
- Ensure a positive and inclusive candidate journey, providing timely feedback and clear communication.
- Utilize recruitment metrics and market intelligence to advise on hiring trends and improve processes.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an in-house recruitment role, ideally within a multinational organization.
- Proven track record of recruiting across multiple countries in the Middle East and Asia.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in technology or software industry recruitment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
